How does the referral program work?

When you refer a friend or family member who books a custom design with Loveur, you’ll receive a reward as a thank-you for your support! Your friend must mention your name when they book for the referral to count.

What kind of reward will I receive?

You’ll earn a $100 reward, e.g., discount, credit, or gift card, which can be applied to your next custom design. Details about the reward will be provided once your referral completes their design purchase

Can I combine the referral reward with other offers?

Yes! We’re happy to combine the referral offer with other promotions for you.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Nope! You can refer as many people as you’d like, and you’ll earn a reward for each successful design purchase.

How will I know if my referral completed their design purchase?

Once your referral finalizes their custom design, they must mention your name on the booking. There is a question prompt for them to mention you. We’ll notify you via email or text and provide details on your reward.

How can my referral mention my name?

When your referral fills out the booking form, they’ll have a space to mention your name. Be sure to remind them to include it!

Do I need to be an existing client to refer someone?

Yes, this program is available to our loyal Loveur clients as a way to say thank you for supporting us!

How long does the referral program last?

This is an ongoing program, but we reserve the right to update or end the program at any time. Don’t wait—start referring today!
