All garments are sewn in our Chandler, AZ studio with the utmost creativity,  detail and care.  Providing you with custom garments using contemporary techniques , unique high quality fabrics and festive vibes to  accentuate your most faltering details. 

Custom-made clothing, is a luxury service that is beneficial to the environment and a growing trend in the made to order slow fashion industry. Each custom garment is made according to your own  unique measurements, so you can be assured the finished product will fit you like a glove. 

Fashion designer, LeO B. Mailo , will have an initial consultation meeting with you to discuss creating  your one-of-a-kind garment!

Following your consultation the design process begins. You will receive a sketch(s) , based on your discussion. Bespoke designer will create new patterns based on your sketch selection and measurements. High quality unique fabrics will be selected from our sources to provide exclusivity and comfort. 

Your custom design service is based on the cost of materials and labor hours.  Our labor costs $70/hour including pattern making, fitting, cutting and the sewing process. Bespoke design projects start from 10 hours as a minimum. Total service cost can vary widely due to fabric selection, manufacturing techniques and style details. An estimate of the full costs will be provided upfront at the agreement of service. 

Our lead time is minimum 6 - 8 weeks for custom design services depending on garment details. Timing may vary due to complexity of style, selection of fabric and client availability. Rush services are offered at a $100/hour labor cost.

Your Loveur Bespoke Experience Includes: 

•  1 hour minimum initial complimentary consultation to discuss design, style, fabrics and measurements. Please bring your ideas, pictures and drawings 
• A 15% deposit is required to help cover fabric and supplies upfront
• 2 - 4 fittings will be scheduled in order to complete the garment 
• Final payment is due at receipt of garment
• We do provide virtual and shipping services if you are not located in Arizona

Bespoke Return/Exchange Policy

•  All custom or semi-custom designs services are final. No returns or exchanges, however at the designers discretion  we allow  reasonable requests for  deviations or changes from the original design/sketch. 

We accept exchanges/returns for "Ready to Wear " and all online orders (not including masks, custom or semi-custom orders). The exchanges/returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order. The customer pays for shipping fees and upon company receipt of the item, a full refund  of purchase will be issued in store credit.
